Terms and Conditions

1.0 Information provided to you when placing an order

We will provide the following information before an order is placed:

  • Information about DK ARMAMENTS
  • Our address and contact details
  • A description of the goods
  • Delivery information including costs and estimated delivery times
  • Details of who pays for the cost of returning items
  • The total price of the goods including any relevant taxes
  • All Payment options we accept
  • As detailed in our Terms & Conditions we will provide the right to cancel and when this right does not apply

1.1 Right to cancel

All items purchased online carry the right to cancel up to 14 days after the order is delivered.

Within this 14-day period, all orders purchased online may be cancelled and returned to us should you wish to cancel, you do not need to provide a reason for cancellation within this time period.

Please see our contact us page to arrange a return. Please note you must return all items within 14 days of the arranged return.

Any order cancellations of orders in this manner will be subject to inspection to ensure the returned goods are not damaged or any items or parts missing. A refund will be issued once the unwanted items have been returned and have cleared the inspection process.

1.2 When there is no right to cancel

The right to cancel an order will not be permitted in circumstances where:

  • Items or products have been customised or custom-made to order including customised products, and packaging and does not exclude any items altered from their original state at the request of the purchaser.
  • Any items that are ordered specifically as requested at the point of sale.
  • Any goods that have been ordered specifically via special order including any customised or tailored goods.
  • Any order that is delayed due to import and customs requirements and any border force checks or border Agency.
  • Any goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery from their original state.
  • Any product that has been modified altered or tampered with resulting in any alteration from its original form after receipt, either by the purchaser or a 3rd party.
  • Where items have been used more than would be needed to inspect the items.
  • Where any personalised or custom services have been completed in full prior to the return such modifications and custom packaging and or products etc.
  • Where any personalised or custom services have been completed in full prior to dispatch such as aesthetic modifications, custom paintwork of products, etc including Two-Toned items which alter the product from its original form.

1.3 Cost of returning items and refunds

It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to us for any unwanted items. Any costs associated when returning items to us including postage for any unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.

All our products are checked before they are dispatched as part of our quality control. However, if an item(s) is faulty upon receipt or is not as described you may return the item to us free of charge. Please note we will provide you with details for a return order that must be paid by the customer. Once the goods have been received by us and checked we will issue a refund for the postage.

If any item, we receive as a return is found to be faulty due to user error or misuse we will not provide a refund for the postage or the order whatsoever. Please note where goods are deemed to have been damaged due to misuse or user error the goods will be returned to you with no refund, and you may be asked to pay for postage costs to return your item.

All unwanted or returned items must be returned to us with the complete and full original packaging including all associated accessories and parts, instruction manuals, and paperwork.

All return items must be packaged well to prevent any damages from occurring during the return transit period. Should it be identified that items have been damaged during the return transit as a result of insufficient or improper packaging this may impact your right to a full refund and a partial refund may be offered.

We will fully inspect all returned items upon receipt. Should it be identified that any items are not returned in their entirety in full, with the original packaging you may be only offered a partial refund to cover any damages or missing items.

All items must be unused and unopened and returned in their full original packaging and condition. Where any items that are returned to us that are not in the same condition as originally dispatched, including any goods where packaging is damaged, or any missing parts are identified (including manuals and other accessories which are included with the product) then no refund will be offered. Any Returned items where the packaging is damaged or missing parts are identified then such items will not be refunded.

If any items that have been returned to us, are not in the original condition or any order items missing you will be notified immediately.

Where it is identified that products are damaged and not returned to us in the original condition such items will not be refined, and a return instruction will be issued to you. Any associated delivery cost will be deducted from any refund value should a refund be granted.

We will not cover the cost of any items that are to be sent back to you as a result of them being rejected upon our inspection. We will issue a payment instruction to you for any associated costs of any items to be returned to you. Please be aware that no items will be dispatched until full payment is received. We can assist in the return process however it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange payment with us for the returned item costs or alternatively items can be collected in store.

We will not dispatch any item until full shipping costs are satisfied, and we will hold goods for a maximum of 90 days only before the goods are deemed unwanted.

Please be aware that once all order item(s) are inspected and approved for a refund a refund will be granted for all approved items’ however we will not refund any associated shipping fees from the original purchase order.

1.4 Delivery Arrangements

The delivery cost of an order will be shown in the basket once you are ready to checkout. Once an order has been placed you will receive confirmation of the order, and an approximate delivery time will be presented to you once the order has been placed with our courier.

Please note that with any order we can only provide an approximate delivery date based on the information provided to us by our chosen courier service we cannot guarantee the specific date of the delivery and when it will be made this is decided by and will be confirmed by the courier service.

Our delivery service is provided via a courier service. It is important that you ensure there will be someone available on the day of delivery at the delivery location to accept and sign the order. Please Note no refund of any delivery cost will be made due to failed deliveries where there has been no one available to accept the parcel. Please see section 1.8 Failed deliveries

Our deliveries are made via a courier service and DK ARMAMENTS reserves the right to use any courier service of our choice for each delivery.

1.5 Further delivery of information

DK ARMAMENTS will attempt to dispatch all packages within 24 hours, although during busy periods dispatch times may take slightly longer. For special order products, customised orders or orders with special Requirements including Defence Checks may take longer to dispatch.

Two-Tone Products will incur additional processing time and delivery time. We aim to complete all two-toned painted items within 2-3 days from point of order. Please note that this is in addition to the estimated time of delivery. An order will be dispatched immediately once the two-tone service is completed and dispatched using the delivery method selected at the checkout being standard or express delivery services.

Please note that the courier standard delivery days are Monday to Friday approximately between the hours of 7am and 6pm, except for bank holidays.

DK ARMAMENTS does not directly control the couriers and cannot organise a specific day of delivery or a delivery time for any individual orders. However, we will provide delivery information to our customers as we receive this. You may be presented with a tracking email or tracking link once the courier has collected your order. Other delivery information may be sent to you regarding your order.

If 7 days have passed since we confirmed your order dispatch, and you have still not received your item(s) then please contact us. Please see our contact us page for details.

Please note that any changes to a delivery location or any specific requests made directly to the courier are not covered by DK ARMAMENTS. This includes changes to the delivery location such as leaving items with neighbours or requests to leave deliveries in safe places, this includes any other location other than the specific address as specified at the point of order. Any requests to leave in outbuilds and other premises are not covered under our policies. This includes any direct changes of address requests or options for changing a delivery address that may be offered by the courier.

DK ARMAMENTS does not cover or offer any liability for any change of address that may be offered by any courier service, via missed delivery notification or delivery note slips. Any options to change the delivery address or a delivery reschedule to be made are only covered if the address remains the same. Any changes to this address must be pre-approved and we must be notified of any changes prior.

Any changes to the delivery address or location should be noted to us immediately and requests for items to be delivered to an alternative location must be made directly with DK ARMAMENTS. Please note that in some cases alternative delivery locations may not be granted and changes may not be able to be made at a particular point depending on location, including the status of a delivery. Any items that are delivered to a chosen address that has not been permitted or has not been notified to us and acceptance granted will not be covered in the event of loss or damage.

Please be aware that DK ARMAMENTS will not insure or hold any liability for any loss or damage to any goods should any Changes to a delivery address be made or requested once an item has been dispatched unless specific instruction has been approved by DK ARMAMENTS.  Changes instructed by the customer directly made after a delivery attempt has been made will also void any package insurance and warranty cover.

Please note that any deliveries may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions including other events. Deliveries may also be delayed due to road closures and traffic diversions; any delay is at the discretion of our Couriers. Once any package has been dispatched, we no longer have control of the package, however, we can contact the Courier on your behalf should intervention be required.

1.6 Delivery information and stock

DK ARMAMENTS takes every effort to ensure that our stock levels are updated and kept up to date. We aim to ensure that our stock levels are as accurate as possible and aim to fulfil every order in full and on time. However, in some cases, our stock may be sold in person and therefore may take some time to update our online services and stock levels. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock when ordered and therefore will be missing from an order, we will contact you prior to shipping.

In the event that we do not have an item in stock then we will contact you via telephone and or email you to let you know that the item is out of stock we will offer an alternative item or back order any out of stock items should it be agreed. We will send any ordered items  or back ordered item(s) to you as soon as stock becomes available should you be happy to wait for delivery. If you want to cancel any items that are out of stock on your order we will happily provide a refund. In the event that we cannot contact you, we will refund the order or typically refund the missing items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items to you. DK ARMAMENTS may hold an order while we await contact with you.

1.7 Acceptance of goods

Upon signing for any delivery, you are accepting the order is correct and in good condition. At DK ARMAMENTS we do allow our customers up to 48 hours to contact us if there are any issues with your order. This includes issues such as incorrect items delivered or informing us of any items that may have been missing from your order.

Please note we once an order is dispatched, we no longer have control of the item. We do not compensate in any way for time spent waiting in for deliveries even if they do not arrive on time or on the day of delivery. If we are aware of any delays or any information given to us by the courier, we will contact you immediately to inform you of any changes.

Please note that any deliveries may be delayed due to various reasons including extreme weather conditions including other events. Deliveries may also be delayed due to road closures and traffic diversions; any delay is at the discretion of our Couriers. Once any package has been dispatched, we no longer have control of the package, however, we can contact the courier on your behalf should intervention be required and assist where possible.

1.8 Failed deliveries

As part of our courier service, all packages and parcels will have a limit on delivery attempts. Our courier service will attempt to deliver your package up to a maximum of 3 times before an order is returned to us. Please note this includes the initial delivery attempt.

In the rare occasion that an item is undeliverable due to non-acceptance of the delivery due to someone not being available to accept the delivery, we will not refund any delivery charges for any order that has been dispatched and order not accepted upon delivery.

For any order(s) to be dispatched again or redelivered, you will be required to pay for the delivery fee again in order for the package is resent.  If for any reason an order is to be cancelled after delivery attempts have been made the cost of any postage that has been incurred in our original delivery attempt will be deducted from the order total and any costs incurred will be deducted prior to refund.

Failed deliveries due to someone repeatedly not being available or the wrong address details being provided might incur a courier fee to return your parcel to us. In any instance where the order is returned you will need to pay for the delivery charges before any other delivery is dispatched.

1.9 Saturday Service

Some of our couriers offer delivery on Saturdays between the hours of 8am till 8pm to UK Mainland Customers as part of both their standard services and also enhanced delivery services, however, this may require an additional payment if a special service is requesed. If any additional charges are to be incurred we will contact you immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the Saturday service option to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands deliveries.

2.0 Imports and Exports

DK ARMAMENTS will only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and UK Mainland territories.

DK ARMAMENTS accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of any order placed where duties taxes or other costs are incurred. Please note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of any importation into any country. We do not provide any information or advice with regards to the import or export of any products whatsoever. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they are legitimately advised and all information, risks, and costs are taken into consideration before any order is placed or goods are shipped.

DK ARMAMENTS will not accept or hold any responsibility whatsoever for any goods ordered which are seized by Customs Officials of any country, UK or other including any Airport Authorities in the UK or any other Country.

If any goods are seized and or destroyed including any damage incurred through inspection by customs officials or Airport authorities, through inspection or confiscation in any instance, we accept no responsibility whatsoever and will offer no form of a refund, replacement, or any type of credit.

If we spot a problem with your order, which requires confirmation, we will always hold the order and contact you immediately.

3.1 How can I contact you?

3.2 Where do you deliver? Are deliveries available to Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands / The Channel Islands?

Our couriers do deliver to Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands. Please contact us for shipping detail confirmation. Our couriers cannot offer Next Day service to those locations and may incur or require additional postage costs.

We will contact you using the email or telephone details provided if any additional charges are to be added to your order. We will contact you before any order is prepared and confirm with you first to ensure you are happy to proceed with your order. Please note any additional costs that are chargeable must be paid before we dispatch any order.

In the event that you do not wish to proceed with your order due to increased delivery charges or costs, we will refund your order.

Our courier service delivers to all UK mainland addresses. However, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands and Overseas Territories.

3.3 How do I track the status of my parcel?

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once the parcel has been collected/dispatched from us. This will contain your tracking information including the details of the chosen courier.

If you are concerned about the status of your parcel, or your delivery is taking longer to arrive than you expected, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact us page.

3.4 What is your Postage Pricing?

We categories our delivery costs by size and weight. All our postage prices are inclusive of packaging costs that may sometimes increase the overall delivery price in comparison to competitors. Please note delivery charges may differ including price increases depending on the delivery address, location and weight/size of the package. If there are any additional postage costs when we arrange your order we will contact you immediately to confirm this and to confirm if you are happy to proceed with your order and arrange for payment oif any additional costs.

4 Returns Procedure

4.1 Preparing items for return

If you experience any issues with your order or want to return any item(s), please contact us first. When contacting us please ensure you have your order details ready, as these may be required for customer identification purposes and to enable us to identify your order easily.

We may require the following details for order confirmation and identification purposes:

  • Full Name
  • Delivery address as per order
  • Order number and date
  • Payment method used
  • Type of order i.e. collection or delivery

Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items and orders that are returned to us are well packaged to ensure that all items are secure and cannot be damaged in the return process.

Any items that are returned to us in non-satisfactory and secure packaging which may result in damage, loss of items, or may cause further damage to the items returned to us may inhibit your ability to gain a full refund. We may also not offer a refund at all in such cases. Furthermore, we may not offer a full refund for any items that are not returned in a secure condition.

This includes if any items are not returned to us due to misplacement or loss during the shipping process as a result of the poor return packaging. In such scenarios where any damage is caused as a result of poor packaging and return condition resulting in damage to any items, we will not provide a return or may offer a reduced refund amount.

When returning any items to us it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any goods that are returned to us, unless previously agreed with us, are returned complete and must include all original parts, original packaging, instructions, and any included components such as screws, bolts tools or any other included items.

4.2 Returning unwanted items and cancelled orders

To return any unwanted items you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items that are to be returned to us must be returned within 14 days of the initial return notification.

4.3 Costs of Returns

It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for the cost of any return items. It is the choice of the customer to arrange the return and therefore the choice and preferred method of return is to the discretion of the customer. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all goods are returned in a satisfactory manner using an appropriate service. DK ARMAMENTS recommends that all returns are sent tracked, insured, and signed to guarantee a secure and safe return to us.

DK ARMAMENTS cannot cover any damage or loss in transit and can only take responsibility for the items once they have been received.

4.4 Orders sent in error and wrong items received

For any instances where any incorrect items have been sent including any incorrect order that has been delivered, please contact us. In the event that any incorrect items which have been found to be sent in error DK ARMAMENTS customer service will contact you to arrange for either a replacement item to be sent to you or for a refund to be arranged. We may ask that any incorrect items be returned to us. We will provide a limited prepaid return label up to £10.00 and may provide further return instructions as necessary. In some cases, other return arrangements may be required please see section 1.3 – faulty on receipt returns and items received not as described.

For any unwanted items, our customer service team will arrange for any due refunds to be issued including any returns postage arrangements made. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the items and once all items have been inspected. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.

Any faulty items that are to be returned to us will be inspected and a refund issued once the returned goods have cleared our inspection process. We may contact you to confirm the receipt of goods and to confirm that items have passed the refund inspection followed by details of the refund confirmation.

Please note that during busy periods the refund and inspection process may take longer. DK ARMAMENTS takes every effort to ensure this process is completed as quickly as possible in some cases this process may take longer. We will however look to complete this process in a maximum time of 30 days unless otherwise agreed beforehand with you.

4.5 Exclusions to our returns policy

Please note DK ARMAMENTS is unable to accept returns or cancellations for any items that have been customised, personalised, Two-Toned, or made to order or specicially ordered such as special order items. This does not affect your ability to return these items if they are faulty or not as described however it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that items are returned in a satisfactory and secure manner. Please see our returns section for further details.

4.6 Faulty on receipt returns and items received not as described

Please contact DK ARMAMENTS first to arrange returns for any items or orders that are to be returned due to items being faulty or items are not as described. DK ARMAMENTS will provide limited postage and returns refund up to a maximum of £10.00 only. We will reimburse the cost of returns up to a maximum of £10.00 only.

DK ARMAMANETS Reserves the right to increase this amount for larger items or situations where the cost of the return will exceed £10.00 for the reasons of the order size, weight, etc. DK ARMAMENTS may choose to cover more than £10.00 of the costs where prior arrangement and agreement has been made. Such scenarios will be documented and details recorded against the order for reference. DK ARMAMENTS may opt to arrange a courier collection were appropriate for larger orders.

Where any postage costs are to be reimbursed, we require the postage and return receipt to be kept and sent to us as proof of postage. This will be required before any refund and postage cost reimbursement issued.

The methods described regarding standard limited postage returns and larger order returns will need prior approval and must be arranged in an appropriate and recorded manner and will both be agreed upon between DK ARMAMENTS and the customer in advance. Please note we will not cover the cost of any ‘premium’ service you may chosen to use, such as a timed or ‘AM’ service.

Please note that for any return of goods arranged by DK ARMAMENTS and returns using our courier service it will be required that someone must be available at the collection premises on the day of the arranged collection. Our couriers offer a Monday to Friday service and such arrangement will be made on these days of operation. Any arrangements will be communicated with the appropriate person(s) before any collection booking is made and are agreed.

For failed collections, DK ARMAMENTS will not offer a refund for collection costs, or any related cost incurred to the customer as an of someone not being available to make the collection. In such cases, it will be the responsibility of the customer to make their own arrangements to return the goods at their cost and discretion. Please note such return arrangements must be made by the customer and must be returned and completed in a timely basis within 14 days of the initial notification to return. Please note returns must be sent in appropriate and secure packaging and are subject to inspection as stated in our returns policy.

DK ARMAMENTS does not exclude customers from making any arrangements of their preferred choice to return orders or items to us. However, DK ARMAMENTS may not cover any cost of return including any other related costs incurred when making such arrangements.

4.7 Once the items are received by us

All items and orders returned to DK ARMAMENTS will be inspected upon arrival and any damage to the packaging will be noted with our courier and any relevant information and damage report recorded against the order upon receipt when any items are returned and items or orders received.

All return orders will be initially inspected by our returns department and items checked to ensure that all relevant items accessories and parts have been received. We may contact you with an update if necessary.

5 Refunds

5.1 Process

Any refund that is due to be issued will only be issued to the method of payment that was originally used to make the purchase. DK ARMAMENTS will not issue any refund to any other method other than what was originally used or to any different person.

Once a refund has been agreed upon and finalised refunds will be instructed straight away and are usually processed and completed within 7 days. Please note in some cases refunds may take longer to process and therefore this time may be extended. In such cases, any refund will be completed within 14 days or less.

5.2 When a refund would not be offered

DK ARMAMENTS may not offer a refund in certain circumstances this includes:

  • Where damaged items are listed as damaged prior to purchase
  • If any item has been damaged due to misuse, self-repair, and or has been damaged due to tampering with by the customer or by any third party.
  • Any items that have been altered or modified from their original state after receipt, either by you or any 3rd party.
  • We will not provide a refund for any items that are returned to us by anyone else other than the original customer.

Where an item has been used more than what would be reasonable to inspect items prior to purchase as would be expected when purchasing an item in a store prior to purchase. In such cases, a reduced refund may be offered. Please note the customer is responsible for any postage and return costs incurred for the item return.

6 Website and Terms of Use

DK ARMAMENTS takes every effort to ensure that our website, information, stock levels, and prices are monitored and maintained to ensure we present our customers with the most accurate and as up-to-date information as possible. DK ARMAMENTS reserves the right to alter any information presented on our website at any time.

DK ARMAMENTS does not give permission for any of our information or material on our website to be copied or used in any case unless we explicitly give permission to use it or information including any intellectual property. Any infringement of DK ARMAMENTS Intellectual Property will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

7 Client and customer information and confidentiality

DK ARMAMENTS adheres to strict confidentiality for all our customers including our Commercial clients that actively engage with DK ARMAMENTS.

For applicable Customers and commercial customers, it is the responsibility of management or senior members of staff to inform us of all permissible persons that have active permissions and duties to order and discuss account details that were required. We will not discuss any information, including order details with any individual related or non-related to the customer unless they are authorised to do so.

Persons who are required to be active authorised members and have access to account and order information will need to be confirmed and listed at the point of engagement when placing any order including repeat order transactions. We will refuse to discuss any details whatsoever with anyone for security and confidentiality purposes.

DK ARMAMENTS will not accept any liability due to misuse of information by anyone external to DK ARMAMENTS. We will not accept liability where any order has been placed, altered, or cancelled due to changes in management or as a result of disputes including malicious activity as a result.

DK ARMAMENTS takes account information and security very seriously; however, it is the responsibility of our customers to inform us of any changes where responsibility for account information and its management has changed. We accept no responsibility or liability where any issues arise due to data or any information that has not been kept up to date.

DK ARMAMENTS reserves the right to hold, stop or suspend services including cancelation of any order(s) where we believe the activity is suspicious and or is being misused in any way. If an issue of misuse or suspicious activity is detected, we will make contact to discuss it. This section is not limited and therefore as a result section 16.3 still applies to any orders made or placed or have been dispatched or any work has begun.

8 Product Specific Terms

8.1 Opened packages or mixed goods

DK ARMAMENTS will not issue a refund for any items that have been opened or are found to have been mixed with other products and are inseparable from their original form therefore we cannot issue a refund due to issues of contamination. If upon receipt of your goods you are not happy with the product, you have received please contact us for further information or see our returns policy for further details.

8.2 User Error

If any products or items have been damaged and as a result, any damage is found to have been caused by user error or problems deemed to have occurred due to user error or misuse DK ARMAMENTS will not accept a return or issue a refund.

8.3 Weapon accessories and product modification

DK ARMAMENTS understands that some customers may modify their airsoft equipment, however, we will not cover a return or refund if any non-permanent or permanent alteration or modification has been made to any product we sell, or if the goods have been taken apart outside of expected and correct usage. If any modification or alteration this has been carried out by the customer ion any product purchased from DK ARMAMENTS or any subsidiary outlet the customer accepts that all manufacture warranty will be null and voided, and no warranty will be valid. DK ARMAMENTS will not offer any warranty or return for any products altered from there original state or modified or found to be modified in any way.

8.4 Accidental Damage by Dropping, Miss-use, Debris, etc.

Although airsoft accessories are typically built and designed to last, they are not indestructible and therefore dropping, hitting, throwing, and dipping/Dropping in mud, water, etc. including any other form of misuse can cause permanent damage. We cannot accept returns of any weapon (RIF) products etc or any form of accessories that have been mistreated, abused, or with parts missing and broken, etc. This includes any items or accessories which are damaged due to use in rainy or wet areas or damage that has occurred due to water or moisture damage including damage as a result of exposure to water or damage caused by dirt and debris. This is not limited to items of electronics.

8.5 Removal of Screws, Nuts, and other Parts using the Improper Tools

We cannot accept the return of items that have been taken apart using the wrong tools or have had screws, nuts, or bolts damaged due to mistreatment. Please ensure that you do not use ball-headed Allen keys on any airsoft equipment, as this can lead to threading and serious damage.

Please note this includes all screws and nuts, including quick-change release parts. Where specific items are provided with tools, please use the tools that are provided by the manufacturer.

Here at DK ARMAMENTS, we aim to be transparent about our Pricing, However, if you find a product cheaper elsewhere, we will be more than happy to do our best and match its price.

We can price match the price of any product as long as:

  • The Company is a UK Trading Company.
  • The Company is VAT Registered.
  • The Product is in Stock.
  • The Price match is done on the same day of the Purchase.
  • The product is being sold at its regular selling price and is not on sale, or on a special offer, or on any special promotion.

10 Price matches and organising a Price Match

We may also decline a price match where we believe the price presented is not genuine or provided by an authentic organisation, company, or supplier. We reserve the right to decline any price match request for items supplied by external organisations, companies, or suppliers outside of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline any price match request for items priced in any other currency other than great British Pounds (GBP).

If you are ordering over the phone, we can organise the sale and Price match there and then. However, we may ask you to provide information regarding the price reference or quotation given to you including details of the item(s) or product(s) you wish to price match. 11 Pricing

At DK ARMAMENTS We aim to make sure that our pricing is as accurate and as fair as possible. The correct price for any product is that displayed on the website at the time we receive your order. If we make a mistake on the price and it is higher than it should be then we will refund the difference.

Price integrity is important to us at DK ARMAMENTS. We will always try to give our customers the best possible deals and to be as fair as possible on our prices.

12 Stock Availability

At DK ARMAMENTS we always aim to ensure that stock levels are kept as accurate as possible. We will always try to keep items in stock and ready to be sent out to our customers as required. Items that or on sale or promotion may become out of stock at any time. Once we have depleted our stock, we will not be able to accept any orders for the item until stock levels are replenished.

Despite our best efforts to maintain good availability of all our items, it is, unfortunately, the nature of the airsoft industry that we may offer limited availability on some products. DK ARMAMENTS may cease to stock items due to cease in production from manufacturers, this includes some items or products being unavailable during certain times of the year, which may lead to products being unavailable for extended periods. We will always look to offer alternative items wherever possible, however we cannot always guarantee the availability of all items.

13 Ordering & Payment

We accept a variety of forms and types of payments including credit card and debit card payments via our secure website, or over the phone, and in addition PayPal payments via the website [excluding via PayPal Cheque]. We also accept cash for collection orders only.

We might not be able to accept your order if:

  • Your funds do not clear, whether you are paying by credit/debit card or PayPal
  • We have made a pricing or product description error
  • A product is out of stock, is not available, or was a sale item and all stock has been depleted
  • We believe you are not using our website responsibly
  • You attempt to pay by PayPal Cheque

At DK ARMAMENTS we care about protecting our customers from fraud. If we suspect that your card has been stolen and someone else is using it then we will decline the sale of goods and not sell the goods to them. For this reason, DK ARMAMENTS reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order we believe is fraudulent.

14 Age Restrictions

In order to purchase any Airsoft products from DK ARMAMENTS, you must be over 18. This applies to all products listed on our website and or any product catalogue or guides.

When ordering you will be asked to confirm your Age which will be stored against the order as proof, and if required we reserve the right to put your order on hold until we have received proof that you are over 18.

15 Preview Images

The images of items presented on our website are preview images, meaning that the colours, painted items, powder-coated items, or other finished products may appear different or have slight variations to the image online.

16 Refunds and Return of customised or personalised products and packaging

Products that have been customised upon request including any product(s) that have been ordered and customised labelling or packaging produced are unable to be returned. We will not accept any such items for a refund and will not take such products back for a refund or store credit.

If on receipt any item or product is faulty then contact us immediately. Please Do not under any circumstances attempt to diagnose or fix any issues by disassembling or attempting to repair in any way no matter how small. Any attempt to do this will invalidate your option to have the issue diagnosed or a replacement provided if applicable, at no cost to yourself.

16.3 Order Cancelling and order cancellation of customised products, labelling, and packaged items.

Once any deposits for customised items, packaging, and labels including personalised or designed products, have been placed the manufacturing placement order and design development may begin immediately.

Once an order is placed for any customised items, packaging, labels, and personalised designed products have been sent for delivery or already shipped including any delivery and design process started (this includes any items where shipping, courier, delivery charges, and costs have been paid by us as part of our delivery service) we will not be able to provide a refund for that order. In addition, we will not refund any deposits made towards the product/products and items ordered.

16.6 Included extra items including batteries and chargers. 

A number of manufacturers in some cases may include several free items in the box. These can include products such as a battery and charger, slings, cleaning rods, BBs. Although items like a free battery and charger can be quite handy when just starting out, we would always highly recommend purchasing a separate battery and charger.

The reason for this is it is typical for these items to be a very cheap / low-quality product that will not allow you to get the best out of your new RIF and may not offer safety features, included on aftermarket options, like an auto-shutoff feature when the battery is fully charged, the battery is also usually of a lower capacity than aftermarket ones and will need recharging far more often.

Due to the nature of these items, and the fact that we do not stock them separately, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or replacements of these items such as batteries and chargers if they come supplied with a weapon as a ‘free gift’ from the manufacturer. Other items included such as slings and BBs could cause damage to your rifle and therefore, we also cannot accept returns of these items and recommend purchasing aftermarket accessories.

17  Modifying and modifications to products

If any item has been modified or its appearance altered from its original state, this includes purposefully removing paint on certain items that have been painted we will no longer warranty your item.

18 Paint Wear

Depending on the frequency and use, painted or coated items may begin to show signs of wear, and painted or coatings may wear off. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for paint wear during use.

19 Order Holding

DK ARMAMENTS reserves the right to hold your order should we be required to stop your parcel for legal reasons. If we hold your parcel we will attempt to contact you immediately, and attempt to re-contact you every few days.

Should we not be able to contact you within an appropriate amount of time we will cancel your order, and refund you.

Below are some possible reasons for orders being held:

  • Your address is incorrect
  • The incorrect postage option was selected
  • Item(s) on your order are no longer available
  • Item(s) on your order was found to be broken during Quality Control
