Dispatching Orders

At DK ARMAMENTS we have many of our products in stock and ready to ship. In some cases where items are not to hand we will aim to ship your purchase within 2 business days, (Depending on which service has been selected at checkout). If this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as we can.

Standard delivery 3-5 working days under 2kg – £4.95
Express services under 2kg 1-2 working days – £5.95

Courier Services

Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays due to the Courier Service or other situational circumstances such as breakdowns, weather conditions, or other situations, non-nature and nature-related delays or disruptions.

We offer a Working Day Service meaning our parcels will be dispatched and delivered from Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

All orders received before 14:00 PM Weekdays are generally shipped the same working day for Next Day Delivery unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after 14:00 PM or on Fridays, Weekends, and Bank holidays are shipped on the next working day.

Please be aware that we are bound by the rules set out by the courier services we use to ship your goods. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the delivery times as stated in our Terms & Conditions. 

Should there be any delays we will notify you immediately. Our customer service team is more than happy to assist or follow up on any queries or questions. We always aim to provide the best support and are always willing to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion if any issues arise. 

Standard Shipping

  • Standard Tracked Shipping is applied to all products and will be dispatched with a suitable courier or delivery agent depending on the item.
  • Tracked Express Shipping Service is available at an additional cost and will be dispatched with a suitable courier or delivery agent depending on the item.
  • Your order may take between 2 and 3 working days to be delivered and can be longer depending on location and time and date of order.
  • We reserve the right to use an appropriate courier service in order to ship your order swiftly and safely.
  • Some items such as HPA gas cylinders and large bulky, heavy items are charged at a separate shipping rate due to size and weight (Please see shipping price table).

Orders relating to Replica Imitation Firearms (RIFS)

A VALID DEFENSE such as UKARA must be provided at the point of purchase for any military-colored Replica imitation Firearm (RIF’s).

Please note: All orders are checked before any order is processed that requires a defense number. The defense number will be checked prior to dispatch.

If we are not satisfied the information or defense is valid or you do not have the appropriate defense or valid defense number, including up-to-date delivery information we will not be able to process the order. We will not dispatch any items where a valid defense is required. We will contact you first to make you aware of the issue and give you a suitable agreed time frame to rectify the issue. Should the information not be suitable and updates are not able to be made such as address changes etc, the order will be canceled and a refund given.

Please note administration fees may apply where payment method fees and charges are incurred. Such fees will not be refunded where we are charged as a result and these amounts will be deducted from the refund value.

Alternatively, a Two-Tone service will be offered and the painting service fee will be applied at an extra cost to the customer where a valid defense is not attainable. 

Address Requirements for Customers

Please make sure you have provided accurate shipping details at check out. We will not refund or send any items delivered to the wrong address due to information at the checkout being incorrect or not put to date. Please Also, make sure you have included a form of contact information being, an email address, and contact telephone number.

In the case where any parcels are having to be re-routed due to incorrect destination information provided by the customer, all carriers charge a re-routing fee. This fee will be your responsibility to pay if it has been deemed incorrect due to the address delivery information being incorrect at the time of checkout.
