Our couriers do deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish highlands. Please contact us for shipping detail confirmation. Our couriers cannot offer Next Day service to those locations and may incur or require additional postage costs.

We will contact you using the email or telephone details provided if any additional charges are to be added to your order. We will contact you before any order if prepared and confirm with you first to ensure you are happy to proceed with your order. Please note any additional costs that are chargeable must be paid before we dispatch any order.

In the event that you do not wish to proceed with your order due to increased delivery charges or costs we will refund your order.

Our courier service delivers to all UK mainland addresses. However we do not deliver to the Channel Islands and Overseas Territories.

You will receive a delivery confirmation Email from us Service once the parcel has been collected/dispatched from us.

If you are concerned about the status of your parcel, or your delivery is taking longer to arrive than you expected, please do not hesitate to contact us via the Contact Us Page.

We categories our delivery costs by weight. All our postage prices are inclusive of packaging costs that may sometimes increase the overall delivery price in comparison to competitors. Please Note delivery charges may differ including price increases depending on the delivery address. If there are any additional postage costs when we arrange you order we will contact you immediately to confirm this and also is you are happy to proceed with your order.
