Waiver

Declaration 

“DK ARMAMENTS treats the Health and Safety of all participants as a priority. As with any sport/leisure activity there are hazards associated with paintball. It is important for the safety of everyone taking part that each participant is acquainted with those hazards and individually takes all relevant action to minimise those hazards as much as possible.” 

 

Players under 16 form to be checked/signed by the adult responsible for the minor on the day: 

 

I understand that: 

  • Combat activities are physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play. 
  • The possibility of injury to myself and others exists. 
  • The playing area has varying terrain and may be slippery and have many trip hazards 
  • There is the possibility of fallen tree debris. 
  • Whilst playing paintball Goggles must be worn at all times unless instructed by a marshal (unless in the ‘Safe Harbour’) Laser tag and archery do not require masks to be worn. 
  • Paintballs can cause bruising and/or cut the skin 
  • Pyrotechnics omitting loud noises and/or bright light are used during games. 
  • No markers/guns are allowed in the ‘Safe Harbour’ 
  • No physical contact is allowed between participants 
  • Cars are parked in the car park at owners own risk. 
  • The site will not accept responsibility for valuables lost or damaged on the paintball site. 

 

I confirm and agree to adhere to the safety rules and regulations, which will be briefed to me before the event, including but not limited to: 

 

  • I am 6 years old or older for laser tag, I am 8 years old or older for low impact paintball, I am 11 years old or older for paintball, archery, laser clay, bazooka ball and air rifle shooting. 
  • I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved in playing combat activities. 
  • I have no medical condition that would prevent me from playing. (Please make the game manager aware if you use an inhaler or any other medical aid) 
  • I am fully aware of the risk to myself and others involved in paintballing and that I will never under any circumstances deliberately shoot anyone in the face, head or neck. 
  • I will wear goggles and not remove them whilst in the playing area. (This includes all areas except the ‘Safe Harbour’) 
  • I will comply with the rules and use all equipment as instructed and not so as to injure or hurt others. 
  • I will obey all instructions from the game manager/site marshals. 
  • I will not shoot another player within 25 feet/8mts 
  • I will only use pyrotechnics as instructed by the game manager and in accordance with the manufacturers printed instructions on the pyrotechnic. I will endeavour not to throw a pyrotechnic device within 10 metres of another player.  N.B. Ear protection is available on request. Gloves must be worn when using pyrotechnics.  I will pay any charges incurred before leaving the site. 
  • I also agree to pay any administration charges, which might occur as a result of cheques being returned, or credit card payments being declined. 
  • I will only use paintballs supplied by Combat Paintball 
  • I AGREE THAT I WILL NOT ATTEND IF I TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID 19. 
  • YOUR DETAILS MAY BE USED FOR COVID -19 TRACK AND TRACE IF REQUIRED BY GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES.
